Doctor (Repaint from 2015)

The Pixel Daily theme was Doctor. This was an interesting one for me, because it reminded me of one of my first every pixel dailies from three years ago, when the theme was Blood and I was just starting to work on pixel art. I thought I'd do a repaint of the old GIF, but I did this before actually looking at it. I did this so that I wouldn't just see the original and attempt to replicate it exactly, but do it as I remembered the core idea and tried to reimagine it a bit as well, see how my thought process and development has changed over the years as well.
